It’s all awaiting…
I hate the internet. I hate software, and sure, hardware too. I hate Google. And WordPress. And Apple. They’re all like that friend you had growing up, the one that always had whiskey & pot hidden in their room and the friend awaited your arrival so together you could experiment & dilute your brains. So yes, I feel like all those things above are like that. Technology is my drug dealer, and I’m fuckin’ addictted.
There’s too much info out there, and yes there are programs for organizing all that info, but I still have to admit there is not nearly enough time in the world to dig thru it, organized or not. There’s no way, and I’ve already found myself giving up some of the things I find most important just so I can read about the next Google Shit coming out.
I feel like lately I’ve chosen reading crap on the web over the hundreds of books I own (mostly FICTION) & are awaiting my eyes/mind/time. It saddens me when I think of it that way.
